How to cure back problems with Foam roller.


You will learn how to use a foam roller as an effective way to relief back pains, as well as how to gently mobilise the spine and how to build up strength of postural muscles.

With balance and stability training you will increase your body awareness, improve proprioception, coordination, joints stability and body reaction time.

This session will help to interpret information about body ability and position. You will learn about the most common “back problems"and will identify their sources (sometimes they are not the most obvious).

Workshop is open for everyone, students and teachers. Tea, coffee, home-made cake and lots of chats included. All equipment provided however if you wish you can bring your own favourite mats and rollers.
